First Assembly is purpose-driven, contemporary in worship, progressive in our philosophy of ministry, and loving people "as Christ loved the church" approach to winning people to Jesus Christ.Our church is located on 13 Highway approximately 1 mile North of Warrensburg's Wal-Mart. Warrensburg is the County seat for Johnson County, 47 miles Southeast of Kansas City, 12 miles from Whiteman Air Force Base, and the proud home to University of Central Missouri (formally known as CMSU). Our 36,000 square foot facility, which sits on 10 acres of land, has been a roller rink, restaurant, and a nightclub. Then, in 1989, the tavern became a temple! Now, home to the First Assembly of God, the building provides ample space to facilitate our ministries and outreach.
